I allow the breath to take my consciousness from the surface all the way back to the primordial One. I can feel all of existence within my body.

The inhale through the nose into the central channel, I find all of creation.

Further I feel the primordial nature. It has always been within, pulsing gently, and the surface takes me straight there.

When I can feel the universe within it gives me a sensation of being clear.

I get up off the mat and walk outside.

I no longer stand out as something unintegrated. I sit in nature and I feel invisible.

I am the backdrop as it is all occurring within as I look “out” into my body.

The sun playing on the surface of the water of the creek shows me everything.

It shape shifts to whatever the surface desires. Completely malleable and free to be whatever is needed. Shimmering and dancing in compassionate resonance with whatever is presenting.

The sun only shines while it molds and bends and dissolves with whatever the current chooses.

There is a joy to it, a carefree motion of freedom in it.

There is a service to it, a beacon of grace for all to see. Never interfering upon that which it shines, only there. Ceaselessly there.

There is a love to it, a feeling of “yes” to all that it touches no matter how tumultuous the waves may be.

There is a feeling of gratitude as well, grateful for all the experience it gets to have as it silently sparkles upon the vibrations below it.

It is so clear that everything flows directly through it. Its so present in it’s light and yet completely transparent.

It is whatever it happens to be shining on. Never lost in the thing, only shining.

The sun carries a song in it’s rays. A song of remembrance, a sacred reminder for all hearts ready to hear it.

The original song of creation begins to create a coherence with the matter below.

It feels like an invitation to look up. To wonder about the source of the light.

Where does this light come from?

And as I follow it back from the surface it takes me in.

Its always pointing in. A sacred reminder, a lighthouse of truth.

A way out into the wholeness of something new.

A pathway to restore all that may have been distorted by a bending of the light this way or that.

A vector back to pure undoctored power.

And just like that a new bridge is anchored and established from here to there.

“Oh”, I think again, “there’s more.”
